Who runs this site

PediatricDDS.com is the website of Dr. Joshua J. Solomon, a pediatric dentist in Livermore, California. In this policy, "we" means Dr. Solomon and the people who help him run the site.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name and email, plus anything else you choose to add, such as your organization, what you're reaching out about, your message and your role.
• Free library signup: your first and last name, your email and your role.
• Event signup: the same details, plus the event where you signed up.
• Library sign-in: your email address. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, or with your Google account. We don't store passwords.

We also record which page or link you signed up from.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, to give you access to the free library, and to email you about the library, upcoming courses and Dr. Josh's speaking and education work. Every marketing email includes a link to unsubscribe.

Services that handle your information

• Lovable hosts this site and the library sign-in, and stores the information you submit through its forms. It uses cookies or similar browser storage to keep you signed in.
• Kit (kit.com) sends our emails and keeps our email list.
• If you sign in with Google, Google confirms your identity and shares your name and email address with us.
• RegFox handles hands-on course registration and payment on its own site, under its own terms and privacy policy, which are linked on the registration page. Card payments are processed through RegFox, not through this site.
• The course dates shown on some pages load from RegFox, and some embedded videos play from YouTube or Vimeo.
• Webinar links open on each provider's own site, where that provider's policies apply.

We share information with these services so they can run the site, course registration and email on our behalf.

Patient information

This site is for dental professionals and the organizations that work with them. Please don't send patient information through its forms or by email.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. To ask what information we have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email joshua@pediatricdds.com.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
